why flowers suck...

I took the flowers she was handing me.

Shook her hand. And sat down.

Shortly after that, the ceremony ended.

We started pouring out of the building.

Everybody was happy, they just graduated.

But I didn't feel the change I was waiting for.

I should give it a couple of days - I thought.

But no, nothing changed.

I wasn't happier(the flowers didn’t help either…).

I didn't have more money.

There was no miracle.

And people do this all the time.

They go around searching for events like these to mask them as a turning point.

After which everything will be ok, and life will be good.

Sorry to break it to ya, but this is not how it works.

These are excuses.

Excuses so that you won't have to change.

Because change is not fun. Change hurts.

But change is necessary for life.

You can't wait for some random event to come around the corner and change your life.

That's not how it works.

You need to take matters into your own hands.

Decide what you want to change.

And act on it.

This applies to everything in life.

Yes, business too.

If your business needs a bigger warehouse, you can't stand around waiting for one. You need to get one.

Or maybe your business needs effective and high-converting emails that bring in money.

In that case, you’re left with 2 choices.

Wait around and complain.

'Till next time,
